As more papers are digitized and made available on Chronicling America, this wealth of information means there is much more information to sift through to find what you are looking for. Chronicling America is a freely-accessible database that can be used by anyone with access to the internet, but sometimes navigating the information can be intimidating. As DDNP enters its third grant cycle and is looking to continue collaborating with National History Day in Delaware, we are developing aids and tools for local users to be more comfortable with using Chronicling America.
Molly Olney-Zide, Project Manager and Head of Digital Collections and Preservation, worked with Kristopher Raser, Digital Content Specialist, Reference and Instructional Services Department, to produce the following digital tutorial on using Chronicling America.
