Getting Help

Research is a process which takes time, careful reading, and careful thought, but that doesn’t mean that you’re expected to be an expert right from the start.  Remember this one, simple rule:

Never spend more than 20 minutes in frustration!!

Chat with a reference librarian at any time during the research process! We are here to help and all questions are welcome.  Additionally, if you leave yourself enough time, there are very few things that the Library cannot obtain for you.

This last section of the tutorial will introduce you to key Library services that exist to save you time and frustration.
