The University of Delaware Library will provide prepaid shipping labels to individuals who have left Delaware permanently due to the COVID-19 pandemic and have library materials to return. Materials from UD’s collections or borrowed from other libraries through Interlibrary Loan may be returned through this program.
Complete this form to request return labels. Once library staff processes your request, typically within three business days, you will receive an email from UPS. The email from UPS will have the subject line “UPS Label Delivery” plus a tracking number. Click the button within the email that says “Get Shipping Label,” and you will have two options: 1) print a shipping label yourself to adhere to your shipment or 2) display a barcode at a UPS Store, where a label will be printed for you (no personal printer needed).
You will be responsible for securely packaging all materials and arranging for pick-up or drop-off with UPS. The Library is unable to provide shipping materials through this program. If you do not print your own label, you will need to visit a UPS Store during normal business hours so that they can accept your shipment.
