Some turnaround times are even faster, though: roughly 20% of requested articles are delivered in under an hour.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"eligible\">Interlibrary Loan Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>Interlibrary Loan service is available to University of Delaware faculty, students, and staff, as well as Osher Lifelong Learning Institute program participants and spouses of UD faculty and staff members. All non-University of Delaware users, including those with library-issued borrower cards, should contact their local public library, workplace library, or other appropriate institution to obtain Interlibrary Loan service.
