Consists of a photocopy of a typed letter written by Elbert N. Carvel, former governor of the state of Delaware, thanking
individuals who were involved with the creation of and ceremony for the portrait of Carvel placed in the Elbert N. Carvel
Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware. This letter was sent to Judge Paul E. Ellis. A photograph of the portrait is also
included.
