Francis Lowen was the brother Sarah Lowen Cooch, wife of Thomas Cooch. The Cooch heirs did not receive their inheritance because they were not notified in America of their need to lay claim to the inheritance. All later attempts to secure the inheritance were denied due to a statue of limitations regarding the filing of a claim. |
