The papers have been divided into folders that reflect the original provenance of each item. The correspondence, letters, and documents have been separated into four individual folders and arranged in chronological order within each folder. The letters and printed material from the national camp make up the first folder. The communications of the Delaware state camp and local camp #16 make up the contents of the second folder. The third folder includes the National Committee on Legislation correspondence. The final folder holds miscellaneous correspondence from businesses wanting to sell supplies to the club, information about the sixtieth anniversary of the Patriotic Order of Sons of America, and the undated membership list from Delaware Camp #16, Cheswold.

Consists of letters and printed material from the national organization of the Sons of America located in Philadelphia to the Patriotic Order of the Sons of America in Delaware. Includes letters discussing the death of a long-time member and the National Secretary, Frederick E. Stees, information on Delaware state and local camp formation, and financial information for the state and local camps.

Consists of letters, printed material, and documents from the State camp of Delaware to its Delaware membership. Includes copies of Local Camp #16 by-laws, unused annual report form, printed program from the 5th Annual Session of the State Camp of Delaware, August 31, 1909, and the State Secretary's report from August 30, 1910.

National Committee on Legislation, Apr 1906-Jan 1907 F3

Includes letters and printed material from the National Committee on Legislation about the organization role in supporting tougher immigration law and a copy of the Senate Bill 4403 brief (part of the bill passed in 1907)

Miscellaneous letters and printed material, 1905-1907 F4

Includes letter from a Delaware local camp supporting the stronger immigration bills, Delaware Camp #16 undated membership list, and letters from business interested in selling supplies to the newly formed Delaware Camp #16.
