The Delaware Division Bulletin was first published in 1954 as a bi-annual publication. The name was changed to the First Stater in 1982. Two copies for most issues and any missing issues may be found in the President's files.

The President's files are organized in chronological order but the papers inside have been left in the order kept by the president. Most presidents served for two years but in some cases terms were cut short. Each file is a collection of papers that each woman chose to save during her time in office, so some are more complete than others. Contents can include budgets, newsletters, branch reports, photos, annual reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, convention programs and agendas, etc. No file was available on Eleanor Grettum (1952-1953), Lillian Paschall (1953), or Mary Bass (1966-1967).
