Digital Collections Platform Set to Change in Preparation for Full Migration to New Platform
Beginning on August 1, 2024, all UD Library, Museums and Press digital collections currently housed on Artstor will seamlessly transition to JSTOR as the Artstor Digital Library website is officially retired.
To access digital collections currently hosted on Artstor, users can visit JSTOR directly at https://www.jstor.org/site/university-of-delaware/ or users will be automatically redirected to JSTOR from the Arstor website. Faculty and other users who link directly to Artstor on their syllabi, in Canvas, etc., should update relevant URLs in light of the transition. Bookmarks and course links that go directly to Artstor, should also be changed.
The Library, Museums and Press explored a variety of digital collection platforms in preparation for the transition from Artstor to JSTOR and is excited to announce that it has made the decision to partner with AM Quartex to permanently host its digital collections. The full migration to the new AM Quartex platform will be complete in early 2025. Be on the lookout for all the exciting things AM Quartex has to offer in the months ahead.
Lastly, please make note the changes from Artstor to JSTOR only impact the collections currently hosted by Artstor. Our digital collections hosted on UDSpace are unaffected by this transition.
