Reserve Spaces, Lockers, Carrels

University of Delaware students, faculty and staff may reserve spaces within the library for study, research, or University-related meetings or work.

  • Study Rooms: Students may reserve a study room in the library.
  • Lockers: Any individual with borrowing privileges may request an assigned locker for the academic year. These lockers are found on the second floor and lower level of the library.
  • Graduate Student Carrels: Graduate students are able to reserve carrels for the academic year to serve as dedicated library research space.
  • Faculty Research Studies: faculty may reserve a study room in the library as available.
  • Retired Faculty Research Room: Retired faculty may use a shared room on the lower level of Morris Library.
  • Video game or audiovisual carrels: Students, faculty and staff may reserve a gaming or A/V carrel to play a game or watch a film that they have borrowed.
  • Film and Video Viewing Room: Faculty may reserve the Film and Video Viewing Room for a class to watch a film.
