Register Now for the March 7 Information Session on Open and Affordable Teaching Materials Grants
The University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press is offering Open and Affordable Teaching Materials (OATM) grants to UD faculty and instructors, providing funding and support to integrate free or low-cost resources into their courses. If you’re looking for ways to reduce textbook costs for your students while enhancing engagement and flexibility in your teaching, this initiative is for you!
The most important step? Register now for the final information session on March 7, 2025. This session will provide insights into the application process, share examples of successful projects and offer tips for maximizing the impact of your grant. Don’t miss this opportunity to get expert guidance and see how you can transform your course with open and affordable materials.
With an OATM grant, you can help students save money, increase engagement and shape the future of your course. Grants are available for courses of all sizes, with funding options ranging from $500 to $5,000, including support for custom Open Educational Resource (OER) development. The deadline to apply is April 30, 2025.
