About this Event
If you’re looking for an easy way to write citations, reference lists and bibliographies, turn to the citation tool EndNote Online. It organizes and stores your references, then creates properly formatted bibliographies in a wide variety of citation styles.
During this virtual workshop, discover how EndNote Online can save you considerable time and frustration. You’ll learn how to export references from popular research databases in the sciences, such as PubMed and the Web of Science; organize and share your references; and format citations and bibliographies. You'll also explore the Cite While You Write plugin that allows you to insert citations from EndNote Online into your paper in Microsoft Word, and automatically creates a bibliography from the inserted citations.
William Simpson, associate librarian for math, engineering and the physical sciences, will lead the workshop.
This workshop is open to UD students, faculty and staff, and is co-sponsored by the Graduate College. For more information on EndNote Online, check out our research guide.
Registration is required. Once registered, you will receive an email with details on how to join the workshop via Zoom.
This workshop is also available to attend in person on November 10.
If you’re interested in learning more about citation management tools, you may want to check out the Using Zotero to Manage Citations workshop on October 5 or the Save Time with RefWorks: Your Personal Bibliography Tool workshops on September 21 and September 29.
