About this Event
Are you interested in finding ways to engage your students with assigned readings? Perusall is a social learning platform that allows students to collectively annotate readings, and interact with and respond to one another’s comments asynchronously.
During this virtual workshop, explore how you can use Perusall in Canvas to help students become more engaged in the learning experience and to make it easier for you to track their progress. While you can use Perusall with commercial texts, you will discover how easy it is to integrate free open educational resources into this tool, so your students can come prepared to class and save money on course materials.
Maria Barefoot, online learning librarian, will lead the workshop alongside Joe Rapposelli and Rachel Lapp, educational tech consultants from Academic Technology Services.
This workshop is open to UD students, faculty and staff. It is co-sponsored by Academic Technology Services and Faculty Commons.
Registration is required. Once registered, you will receive an email with details on how to join the workshop via Zoom.
