ERC SMART Board Room

The Education Resource Center located in Willard Hall Education Building is equipped with a SMART Board, Model UX60 for use by faculty and students in the professional education programs.

The SMART Board is installed in a non-scheduled classroom and is available on a reservation basis.  Room capacity is 10. The facility is equipped with a computer with SMART software (including advanced Math Tools), and internet connection.

  • Faculty may schedule hourly time periods to model SMART Board teaching practices for their students for a maximum of three (3) sessions on a first-come, first-scheduled basis. The room can not be scheduled as the regular meeting room for courses.
  • Students in the professional education programs may schedule half hour and hourly sessions to develop and practice lesson plans based on the SMART Board for use in their placements and coursework (faculty/course sessions have priority). Technical assistance by SMART certified trainers is available as needed.
  • The facility is available for conferences and meetings where a SMART Board is required (faculty/course sessions have priority).
  • Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance.
