Electronic Reserves Submission Deadlines

To assure that Electronic Reserves material will be available by the first week of classes for each semester, please submit your completed Electronic Reserves Reading List form with copies of course materials by the following deadlines:

Fall Semester 2018
Submission Deadline July 20
New lists accepted until December 7
Winter Session 2019
Submission Deadline December 7
New lists accepted until February 8
Spring Semester 2019
Submission Deadline January 11
New lists accepted until May 20
Summer Session 2019
Submission Deadline May 10
New lists accepted until August 15

Reserve Forms are processed in order of receipt. Materials received after the deadline typically take a minimum of five working days for processing. Please verify that a Reserve Form has been received and the processing completed before assigning readings. Inquiries can be made by calling Circulation and Reserve staff at (302) 831-2455.
