Submission Criteria

An overview of what to submit and how to submit, with links to those two pages for more information

Always keep our Library website content guidelines in mind when adding content:

  • All content should be written for our primary and secondary audiences: students and faculty
  • Content should generally be written at a 5th grade reading level
  • Use heading, subheading structure as defined by our library website theme.
    • Should not have any Heading 1 in your content since the page title is h1.
    • Any subheadings in content should be Heading 2, then Heading 3 for subheadings within that
  • Use images in your content as appropriate, making sure to include alt text
  • Communications team is available to edit and as a reference
  • Contact Library IT Web Team if you are not sure how to format content the way you envision
