Note about Apple products compatibility:
Videatives requires the use of Adobe Flash Player, which the Apple operating system does not support. This is particularly a problem when using Apple mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. The most reliable way to run video clips from Videatives is to use an Android device or one with a Microsoft Windows operating system. Using a recent version of the Chrome browser on a MacBook should also work.
Using Safari on a MacBook results in the error message: “The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: https://streaming-videatives-com.udel.idm.oclc.org/videative_assets/videos/128.” You may be able to use Safari if Flash is enabled in the settings, but this is not guaranteed.
